Comprehensive Gynecologic Checkup

A one-stop gynecologic health assessment | In a single visit, complete examinations of the cervix, endometrium, ovaries, and your overall health

Medee's gynecologic checkup is a one-stop gynecologic health assessment: in a single visit, you complete examinations of the cervix, endometrium, and ovaries, along with blood tests, urinalysis, and an ECG to understand your overall health. Breast ultrasound is available as an add-on.

Your doctor will explain each test based on your age, symptoms, and medical history. Hysteroscopy uses a painless technique and can be completed while you are awake; sedation is also available as an add-on. After the checkup, your doctor will go over the day's results with you in a private VIP room.

When You May Want to Consult Us

You want regular gynecologic checkups but are unsure which tests to have
A family member has had breast cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, or colorectal cancer
You feel anxious about pelvic exams or hysteroscopy and want to learn about sedation options
You want to complete several tests in a single visit

If you have symptoms such as abnormal bleeding, postmenopausal bleeding, or pelvic pain, we recommend booking a general clinic appointment first so your doctor can evaluate which tests you need.

What the Checkup Covers

Cervix

ThinPrep Pap smear: checks cervical cells for abnormalities or precancerous changes
HPV DNA testing and genotyping: detects high-risk HPV infection and its type

Endometrium

Painless hysteroscopy: direct view of the uterine cavity, such as polyps or endometrial abnormalities, with sampling if needed; diagnosis is confirmed by the pathology report
Gynecologic ultrasound: evaluates the uterus and endometrium
Endometrial genetic biopsy, Mpap (Premium package)

Ovaries

Transvaginal ultrasound: evaluates ovarian size and cysts
6 cancer markers (Premium package): values must be interpreted together with imaging; an elevated result does not mean cancer, and a normal result cannot rule it out

Breasts

Breast ultrasound (add-on): checks for breast nodules and cysts; it does not replace age-appropriate mammography

Overall Health

Blood tests: complete blood count, liver and kidney function, hepatitis B/C, blood sugar, blood lipids, uric acid, thyroid, electrolytes, female hormones
Routine urinalysis, resting ECG

FAQ

Do I have to have sedation?

No. Hysteroscopy uses a painless technique and can be completed while you are awake; sedation is an optional add-on.

Will I get all my results the same day?

On the day, your doctor can explain the images and the tests already completed; the full official report is sent within about one month.

Can a checkup confirm that I do not have cancer?

No test can guarantee that all cancers are ruled out. A checkup helps detect abnormalities early; if you have symptoms, you should still see a doctor.

Can I change the items?

If you do not need the Pap smear and HPV test, they can be replaced with AMH; other items cannot be swapped or removed.
